An 8-month-old white male is brought to your office because of "noisy breathing." This was first noticed at 2 months of age when the patient had an upper respiratory infection. The noisy breathing improved when the URI improved, but never disappeared. The breathing is worse with colds and when it is very prominent, sounds like this (SOUND).
