Single slice from an unenhanced chest CT exam shows the asymmetry of the thoracic cavity and the concavity of the right upper chest wall. The right pectoralis major and minor muscles are absent, and the right serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi muscles are decreased in size. The right breast is absent. The right humerus is smaller in size than the left humerus.
