Clinical History:
The patient was a 4 month old male who developed fever and
irritability.
Clinical Physical Exam:
Cervical adenopathy
Clinical Labs:
Non-contributory
Clinical Differential Diagnosis:
Lymphoma
Imaging Findings:
A chest film showed a mass in the anteromedial right lower lobe.
Fluoroscopy showed the mass to move synchronously with the diaphragm
during normal respiration. A chest CT exam and abdominal ultrasound
exam clearly delineated the nature of the mass.

Diaphragm eventration
