Clinical History:
The patient was a 24 year old male with a past history of familial
multiple neoplasia syndrome. He was status post radiation therapy for
rhabdomyosarcoma in the distant past.

Unremarkable

Non-contributory
Clinical Differential Diagnosis:
Not applicable
Imaging Findings:
A routine PA chest film revealed a 2 cm calcific density associated
with the head of the left 3rd rib. Chest CT exam revealed bony
outgrowths at the proximal aspect of the left third rib posteriorly
and the anterior aspect of the scapula.
Imaging Differential Diagnosis:
Post radiation osteochondroma
Operative Findings:
None
Pathological Findings:
None
Final Diagnosis:
Osteochondroma, Chest Wall
