Clinical Presentation:
Symptoms may be generalized due to increased intracranial pressure or focal due to direct tumor effect.

Etiology/Pathophysiology:
Low grade malignancy that arises from the cerebellar hemisphere or vermis.

Pathology:
Not applicable

Imaging Findings:
Usually well circumscribed. May be solid or cystic with a mural nodule. Usually have hydrocephalus due to compression of the fourth ventricle and aqueduct of Sylvius.

DDX:
Posterior Fossa Tumors
