Overall go from the outside of the skull to the the inside
Make two passes through the study: on the first one look at every
structure on every slice from the outside to the inside, on the
second looking at one structure at a time, look at every slice
Check the soft tissues of skull
Check the bony calvarium
Check the cortical sulci
Check the basal ganglia
Check the ventricular size/shape/position
