Transverse and longitudinal images from a neck ultrasound performed on the second day of life demonstrate the neck mass to consist largely of cystic components with no vascular flow. A few solid elements were seen. The mass had small caliber low flow vessels throughout it. The mass involved both the left and right side of the neck.
