Chief Complaint:
Six year old male with an intrathoracic mass

Clinical History:
The patient was a 6 year old male, with Down's syndrome and congenital heart disease, with an incidentally noted right sided intrathoracic chest mass.

Clinical Physical Exam:
Unremarkable

Clinical Labs:
Non-contributory

Clinical Differential Diagnosis:
Neuroblastoma

Imaging Findings:
Chest films showed a right sided intrathoracic mass. The mass was better defined by a chest CT exam.
