Two contiguous 3 mm thick slices from an unenhanced chest CT exam reveal bony outgrowths at the proximal aspect of the left third rib posteriorly and the anterior aspect of the right scapula. No cartilaginous caps are seen and there is no evidence for malignancy. An intramedullary lesion is also seen in the right proximal humerus with faint speckled calcifications, consistent with an enchondroma. Post radiation changes are noted in the lungs bilaterally.
