Two 5 mm thick slices from an unenhanced spiral chest CT exam from the first day of life. They show hyperexpansion of the right lung with herniation across the midline, mediastinal shift to the left, and non-visualization of the left mainstem bronchus. Diffuse air space disease is noted in the right lung.
