Two 3 mm thick unenhanced high resolution slices from the chest CT exam demonstrate a large, round, unilocular cyst in the posterobasal aspect of the right lower lobe, extending medially. It is 3.2 x 3.3 x 3.3 cm in dimension. The bronchus of the posterobasal segment of the right lower lobe appears to extend into it.
