Start contrast with patient in a lateral position.
Take a lateral spot film of the rectum once it is distended with

entire colon with contrast and reflux the terminal ileum.
Views to Take:
Scout - AP abdomen and lateral rectum
Lateral spot film of rectum once it is distended with contrast
Spot films of any transition zone.
AP abdomen once entire colon is opacified
