The patient evacuated the barium, and then a tube in the anus was injected. Lateral, two AP and overhead films demonstrate filling through the rectum of a second colon of normal caliber that was again malpositioned. There was no communication between the two colons. The duplication was therefore complete, with both colons running in a parallel fashion.
