Correlapaedia - a Correlative Encyclopedia of Pediatric Imaging, Surgery, and Pathology: Case 33
Contrast enhanced coronal and sagittal T1 weighted MRI images from the third hospital day show a large mass measuring 12 x 14 x 18 cm in size that was oval in shape with a smooth contour with multiple cystic lobulations with enhancing septae within it superiorly, with it being more solid inferiorly. The bladder and left ovary were identified, and the right ovary was thought to be related to the posterior margin of the mass.
