Transverse and longitudinal images from an abdominal ultrasound from the day of admission show a huge slightly heterogeneous solid intraperitoneal mass in the lower abdomen that was not calcified and measured 16 x 14 x 15 cm. A large amount of ascites was seen. The bladder and ovaries were not seen.
