Coronal pre- and post-contrast T1 weighted images show a large, well circumscribed, bi-lobed abdominal-pelvic mass 14 x 13 x 9 cm in size with no obvious organ of origin. There is homogenous enhancement on the T1 weighted images with gadolinium.
